Section 526.0010 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Information Resources Manager Reports

Notwithstanding Section 2054.075(b), the information resources manager of a health and human services agency shall report directly to the executive commissioner or a deputy executive commissioner the executive commissioner designates. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.02731.)
