Section 524.0051 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Appointment Of Agency Commissioner By Executive Commissioner

(a) The executive commissioner, with the governor's approval, shall appoint a commissioner for each health and human services agency.

(b) A health and human services agency commissioner serves at the executive commissioner's pleasure. (Gov. Code, Secs. 531.0055(a) (part), 531.0056(a), (b).)
