Section 487.558 - Permanent Endowment Fund(a) The permanent endowment fund for the rural communities health care investment program is a special fund in the treasury outside the general revenue fund.(b) The fund is composed of: (1) money transferred to the fund at the direction of the legislature;(2) gifts and grants contributed to the fund;(3) the returns received from investment of money in the fund; and(4) amounts recovered under Section 487.555(e).Tex.
