Section 448.056 - Meetings; Quorum; Public Access(a) The advisory commission shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places in this state the commission designates.(b) Five voting members of the advisory commission constitute a quorum for transacting advisory commission business.(c) The commission shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the advisory commission and speak on any issue under the jurisdiction of the advisory commission.Tex.
