Section 441.0945 - Disposition of Scheduled Records(a) A county record may be destroyed if the record is listed on a valid records schedule and implementation plan and either its retention period has expired or it has been microfilmed or stored electronically in accordance with applicable law.(b) The retention period of a record as listed on the records schedule and implementation plan must be at least as long as the retention period for the record established on a records retention schedule issued by the commission.(c) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 533 (H.B. 1962), Sec. 20(a)(2), eff.
