Section 441.013 - Reports(a) The commission shall make a biennial report to the governor that includes: (1) a comprehensive view of the operation of the commission in discharging the duties imposed by this subchapter;(2) a review of the library conditions in this state;(3) any recommendations suggested by the experience of the commission; and(4) a review of commission activities under Subtitle C, Title 6, Local Government Code, and Subchapters J and L.(b) The report made under Subsection (a) shall be printed, and the governor shall lay the report before the legislature as the governor does with other departmental reports.(c) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1083, Sec. 25(39), eff.
