Section 436.057 - Director; Staff(a) The commission shall, subject to approval of the governor, hire a director to serve as the chief executive officer of the commission and to perform the administrative duties of the commission.(b) The director shall hire at least one full-time employee who is knowledgeable about or has experience with military installations.(c) The director may hire other staff within the guidelines established by the commission.Tex.
