Section 434.012 - Compensation and Expenses(a) A member of the commission is entitled to a per diem as set by legislative appropriation for each day that the member engages in commission business.(b) A member is entitled to receive compensation for meals, lodging, or other travel expenses as provided by the General Appropriations Act.Tex.
