Section 403.621 - Confidentiality Of Certain Business Information(a) Information provided to the comptroller, the governor, or a school district by an applicant under this subchapter that is a trade secret, as defined by Section 134A.002, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552. (b) Payroll records reported under Section 403.616(c)(1)(A) or (B) by an applicant to the comptroller are confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552. Tex. Gov't. Code § 403.621
