Section 549.0402 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Provision Of Program Information By Pharmaceutical Company

Each pharmaceutical company that does business in this state and that offers a patient assistance program shall inform the commission of:

(1) the existence of the program;

(2) the eligibility requirements for the program;

(3) the drugs covered by the program; and

(4) information used for applying for the program, such as a telephone number. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.352.)
