Section 549.0206 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Submission Of Evidence To Support Including Drug On Preferred Drug Lists(a) In this section, "labeler" and "manufacturer" have the meanings assigned by Section 549.0101.(b) The commission shall ensure that a manufacturer or labeler may submit written evidence that supports including a drug on the preferred drug lists before a supplemental rebate agreement is reached with the commission.
