Section 548.0151 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Medicaid Reimbursement Requirements(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall require each health and human services agency that administers a part of Medicaid to provide Medicaid reimbursement for teledentistry dental services provided by a dentist licensed to practice dentistry in this state.(b) The commission shall require reimbursement for a teledentistry dental service at the same rate as the Medicaid program reimburses for the same in-person dental service.
