Section 548.0104 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Certain Telemedicine Medical Service Reimbursement Denials Prohibited

A request for Medicaid reimbursement for a telemedicine medical service may not be denied solely because an in-person medical service between a physician and a patient did not occur. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.0217(d) (part).)
