Section 548.0051 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Medicaid Reimbursement System For Telemedicine Medical, Teledentistry Dental, And Telehealth Services

The executive commissioner by rule shall develop and implement a system to reimburse Medicaid providers for telemedicine medical services, teledentistry dental services, or telehealth services performed. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.0216(a).)
