Section 547.0356 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Review Of Petition By Commission

The commission must review plans submitted with a petition under Section 547.0355 before the commission provides a grant under this subchapter. The commission must fulfill this requirement not later than the 60th day of each fiscal year. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.0993(e).)
