Section 546.0453 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Protocol For Maintaining Contact Information Of Individuals Interested In Medicaid Waiver Programs

The commission shall develop a protocol in the office of the ombudsman to improve the capture and updating of contact information for an individual who contacts the office of the ombudsman regarding Medicaid waiver programs or services. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.0501(d).)
