Section 546.0351 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Definitions

In this subchapter:

(1) "Incentive payment program" means the program established under this subchapter.

(2) "Nursing facility" means a convalescent or nursing home or related institution licensed under Chapter 242, Health and Safety Code, that provides long-term care services, as defined by Section 22.0011, Human Resources Code, to recipients. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.912(a); New.)
