Section 546.0257 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Agency Cooperation

Each affected health and human services agency shall:

(1) cooperate with the contracted organization and any subcontractors; and

(2) take all action necessary to implement the family-based alternatives system and comply with the requirements of this subchapter. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.060(g) (part).)
