Section 546.0217 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Procedures For Placement Reviews

The executive commissioner by rule shall develop procedures for conducting the reviews required by Sections 546.0215(c) and (d) and 546.0216. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.159(f) (part).)
