Section 546.0160 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Certain Agencies' Duty To Provide Resources And Assistance

At the commission's request, a health and human services agency shall provide resources and assistance to a community as necessary to perform the commission's duties under Section 546.0152(a). (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.02481(b).)
