Section 546.0155 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Proposal Review And Approval(a) A health and human services agency that receives or develops a proposal for a community initiative shall submit the initiative to the commission for review and approval.(b) The commission shall review the initiative to ensure that the initiative is: (1) consistent with other similar programs offered in communities; and(2) not duplicative of other services provided in the community.
