Section 546.0151 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Definition

In this subchapter, "community-based organization" includes:

(1) an area agency on aging;

(2) an independent living center;

(3) a municipality, county, or other local government;

(4) a nonprofit or for-profit organization; or

(5) a community mental health and intellectual disability center. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.02481(f) (part).)
