Section 546.0051 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Definitions

In this subchapter:

(1) "General residential operation" has the meaning assigned by Section 42.002, Human Resources Code.

(2) "Legally authorized representative" has the meaning assigned by Section 241.151, Health and Safety Code. (New.)
