Section 546.0001 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) "ICF-IID" and "local intellectual and developmental disability authority" have the meanings assigned by Section 531.002, Health and Safety Code.

(2) "Recipient" means a Medicaid recipient. (New.)
