Section 317.050 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Computer equipment" includes computers, telecommunications devices and systems, automated information systems, and the peripheral devices and hardware, software, and services that are necessary to the efficient installation and operation of that equipment.(2) "Board" means the Legislative Budget Board.
