Section 81.08792 - Proposed Disciplinary Rule Approval Required Before Adoption

A proposed disciplinary rule may not be adopted by the supreme court unless the rule is approved by:

(1) the committee;

(2) the board of directors;

(3) the members of the state bar; and

(4) the supreme court.
