Section 62.005 - Observation of Drawing of Names(a) On written application of a party in a case that is pending on the docket of a justice, county, or district court for which a jury is required, the party or his authorized representative may be present and observe the drawing of the names of prospective jurors from the jury wheel and the placement of the names on the jury lists for the time period in which the party's case is set for trial.(b) The identity of the persons whose names are drawn from the jury wheel and placed on the jury lists may not be revealed to the observer.Tex.
