Section 24.246 - 145th Judicial District (Nacogdoches County)(a) The 145th Judicial District is composed of Nacogdoches County.(b) The terms of the 145th District Court begin on the first Mondays in March and September.(c) The judge may take a vacation and not attend court for four weeks in each year.
