Section 4007.058 - Imposition Of Costs On Parties

The commissioner may impose on a party of record fees, expenses, or costs incurred in connection with a hearing or may divide the fee, expense, or cost among any or all parties of record as determined by the commissioner. (V.A.C.S. Art. 581-28, Subsec. A (part).)
