Section 2175.365 - State Plan of Operation; Compliance With Minimum Federal Standards
The commission shall:
(1) file a state plan of operation that complies with federal law and operate in accordance with the plan;(2) take necessary action to meet the minimum standards for a state agency in accordance with the federal act; and(3) cooperate to the fullest extent consistent with this subchapter.
