Section 2165.351 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Partnership Advisory Commission" means the Partnership Advisory Commission created by Chapter 2268.(2) "Qualifying project" has the meaning assigned by Section 2267.001, as added by Chapter 1334 (S.B. 1048), Acts of the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session, 2011.
