Section 2105.104 - Use of Complaints; Annual Summary(a) An agency shall use the complaint system to monitor and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state law.(b) An agency shall consider the history of complaints regarding a provider in determining whether to renew a contract or subgrant for the use of block grant funds by the provider.(c) An agency shall summarize annually the types of complaints received by the agency.Tex.
