Section 2054.521 - Major Outsourced Contract Defined; Rule The board by rule shall define what constitutes a major outsourced contract with regard to contracts the department executes with entities other than this state or a political subdivision of this state. The definition must include as a major outsourced contract:
(1) outsourced contracts entered into under Subchapter I and Subchapter L of this chapter or Chapter 2170; and(2) contracts that exceed a monetary threshold, other than those described by Subdivision (1).Tex. Gov't. Code § 2054.521
