Tex. Gov't Code § 2054.375

Section 2054.375 - Definitions

In this subchapter:

(1) "Eligible entity" means an entity listed in Section 2054.0525 .

(2) "Statewide technology center" means a statewide technology center established or operated under this subchapter.
