Section 393.624 - Restrictions on Off-Site Advertising(a) A credit access business may not advertise on the premises of a nursing facility, assisted living facility, group home, intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability , or other similar facility subject to regulation by the Health and Human Services Commission .
