Section 156.105 - Standard Forms(a) The finance commission by rule shall adopt one or more standard forms for use by a residential mortgage loan originator sponsored by and conducting business for a licensed or registered residential mortgage loan company under this chapter in representing that an applicant for a residential mortgage loan is preapproved or has prequalified for the loan.(b) The finance commission shall adopt rules requiring a residential mortgage loan originator licensed under Chapter 157 to use the forms adopted by the finance commission under Subsection (a).Amended by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 160,Sec. 11, eff. 9/1/2013.Amended By Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 655, Sec. 11, eff. 9/1/2011.
