Section 92.401 - Applicability of Subchapter(a) Except as provided by Section 92.407, this subchapter applies only to the merger or consolidation of a domestic savings bank with a foreign savings bank.(b) The requirements of and authority and duties provided by this subchapter are in addition to those provided by Subchapter H.
