Section 92.154 - Officers(a) The officers of a savings bank are:(1) a president;(2) one or more vice presidents;(3) a secretary; and(4) other officers prescribed by the bylaws.(b) The board elects the officers by a majority vote.(c) The managing officer must be a director.
