Section 66.310 - Deposit of Money By Liquidating Agent

The liquidating agent shall deposit all unclaimed dividends and all money available for nonclaiming depositors and creditors in one or more state-chartered financial institutions for the benefit of the depositors and creditors entitled to the dividends or money.
