Section 66.302 - Removal or Replacement of Liquidating Agent(a) The commissioner, with or without cause, may remove a liquidating agent and appoint another agent.(b) If a liquidating agent resigns, dies, or otherwise becomes unable to serve, the commissioner shall promptly appoint another agent.
