Section 62.206 - Filing of Charter or Certificate(a) The converted association shall file with the commissioner: (1) a copy of the charter issued to the federal association by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; or(2) a certificate showing the organization of the association as a federal association, certified by the secretary or assistant secretary of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.(b) Failure to file a required instrument with the commissioner does not affect the validity of the conversion.Amended by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 464,Sec. 4, eff. 9/1/2013.
