Section 33.004 - Appeal From Adverse Decision(a) If a hearing has been held, the banking commissioner has entered an order denying the application, and the order has become final, the proposed transferee may appeal the order by filing a petition for judicial review.(b) The filing of an appeal under this section does not stay the order of the banking commissioner.
