Section 14.059 - Intra-Agency Career Ladder(a) The commissioner or a person designated by the commissioner shall develop an intra-agency career ladder program.(b) The program must require intra-agency posting of all nonentry level positions concurrently with any public posting.Amended by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 767,Sec. 2, eff. 9/1/2019.
