Section 263.4055 - Supreme Court Rules The supreme court by rule shall establish civil and appellate procedures to address:
(1) conflicts between the filing of a motion for new trial and the filing of an appeal of a final order rendered under this chapter; and(2) the period, including an extension of at least 20 days, for a court reporter to submit the reporter's record of a trial to an appellate court following a final order rendered under this chapter.Tex.
