Section 305.254 - Effect of Order Requiring New Bond(a) An order requiring a personal representative to give a new bond has the effect of suspending the representative's powers.(b) After the order is entered, the personal representative may not pay out any of the estate's money or take any other official action, except to preserve estate property, until the new bond is given and approved.Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680, Sec. 1, eff. 1/1/2014.
