Section 132.301 - Hearing; Notice(a) The commission may set a hearing on whether to issue a cease and desist order against a person under Section 132.303 if the commission has reason to believe that the person is operating a career school or college without a certificate issued by the commission in violation of Section 132.151.(b) The commission shall serve on the person a statement of charges and a notice of hearing, including a copy of the applicable rules of the commission.Tex.
