Section 132.155 - Civil Penalty(a) A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is liable for a civil penalty in addition to any injunctive relief or other remedy provided by law. The civil penalty may not exceed $1,000 a day for each violation.(b) The attorney general, at the request of the commission, may bring a civil action to collect a civil penalty under this section.Tex.
