Section 132.123 - Judgment and Costs(a) The court shall enter judgment in each class action brought under this chapter in such form as shall be justified by the facts and the law applicable thereto. Damages shall be awarded only to those members of the class who joined as parties plaintiff, but all other relief granted by the court shall inure to the benefit of all members of the class.(b) A plaintiff who prevails in a class action shall be awarded court costs and reasonable attorney's fees in the judgment. A legal aid society or legal services program that represents the plaintiff or plaintiffs in such an action shall be awarded a service fee in lieu of attorney's fees.Tex. Educ. Code § 132.123
