Section 74.007 - Incentive Retirement Plans(a) The medical branch may offer incentive retirement plans to employees of the medical branch who elect to retire under other state law.(b) An incentive offered to an employee by the medical branch must be paid from the medical branch's funds or hospital or clinic fees.(c) The medical branch may not rehire an employee receiving a retirement incentive under this section without the specific approval of the president.Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1410, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/1999.
