Section 62.144 - [See Note] Funding(a) The fund consists of any amounts appropriated or transferred to the credit of the fund under the Texas Constitution or otherwise appropriated or transferred to the credit of the fund under this section or another law.(b) The comptroller shall deposit to the credit of the fund all interest, dividends, and other income earned from investment of the fund.(c) The comptroller may accept gifts or grants from any public or private source for the fund.Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 287, Sec. 13, eff. 9/1/2009.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
